As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-rise tower construction projects, from inception to completion. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have completed at least one full lifecycle of a 30+ storey high-rise tower and will possess strong leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of project managers and other staff members.

Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to ensure optimal performance.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to innovation and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges effectively and proactively.

Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Quality Assurance and Safety:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise tower construction, with at least one full lifecycle of a 30+ storey tower.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve project objectives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management methodologies.

PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Experience managing direct reports is highly desirable.
