As an early team member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and impacting its trajectory significantly.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with the engineering team to architect, develop, and validate the cloud-based platform, encompassing front-end, back-end, and services.

Engage in feature estimation, prioritization, sprint planning, biweekly sprints, code reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to product evolution by comprehending customer requirements and collaborating with the product team to conceive, strategize, and implement new features.

Provide support to early adopters by troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Facilitate process enhancements and judiciously balance agility, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a proficient Scala developer.

Proficiency in at least 2 of the following areas:

5+ years of back-end development (e.g., REST API) for enterprise B2B products.

5+ years of web development (React or similar framework) with expertise in HTML/CSS.

Cloud platform development experience, particularly with AWS.

Background in data warehousing/database operations (e.g., as a data scientist or DBA) with strong SQL proficiency.

Excellent communication skills.

Eagerness to learn, innovate, and collaborate within a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points:

Previous experience in startup environments or small teams, familiarity with agile methodologies.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and a proactive mindset towards potential threats.

Highly desirable: Familiarity with program analysis techniques, particularly static analysis and formal methods.
