Come be a part of a dynamic biotech venture dedicated to pioneering hypoimmune iPSC-derived cell therapy for immune-oncology applications. We're on the lookout for a proactive, collaborative, and seasoned professional with a solid background in iPSC and cell engineering to spearhead our control laboratory operations for iPSC seed stock production.

Responsibilities include:

Utilize diverse gene delivery techniques such as CRISPR KO/KI, lentivirus/gamma retrovirus transduction for cell engineering of primary T cells, iPSCs, and iPSC-derived T cells.

Provide essential support in the therapeutic advancement of T cell products originating from iPSCs.

Devise and implement experimental strategies to refine and optimize the hypoimmune iPSC platform.

Lead the development of iPSC multiplex editing and single cell cloning processes, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Establish and manage in-house control laboratory operations for the manufacturing of genetically modified iPSC seed stock.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of postgraduate experience in relevant roles within academia or industry, preferably in the field of allogeneic cell therapy.

Proficiency in iPSC culture maintenance, gene editing techniques, and single cell cloning methodologies through hands-on experience.

Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GxPs, with prior exposure to process development or GMP operations considered advantageous.
