Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Support & Logistics Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Backs up Logistics Manager and Sales Managers as needed
Manages accounts, making sure releases are sent in a timely manner and bills of lading are received quickly
Assure suppliers/customers receive excellent service
Monitors inventory to assure continual availability to customers
Assures prompt response to customer/supplier needs
Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies
Coordinates, organizes, and maintains records of product shipments
Prepares routine reports and correspondence
Research and compile data for special projects and reports
Assures customer requirements are met, disseminating those requirements to all necessary parties
Prepares, organizes and files shipment folders
Prepares invoices and sends them in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Fluency (both written and verbal) in English and Spanish is absolutely required
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to recognize potential problems and develop solutions
Ability to provide world-class customer service
High school diploma required. College degree a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with SAGE 100 or other accounting software is helpful
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, customer service and accounting
Experience with importing and/or logistics would be a huge plus, but is not requiredCompany Description
