Senior Graphic Designer

Robert Half is looking for a senior designer with Art Direction, Packaging & Print experience to join their creative team for a 6month mat leave. This individual will have one direct report and will work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to create on-brand, innovative concepts and designs while maintaining brand standards. The focus of this Designer will be in the packaging and print production space with new CPG products coming up. They will need to work with print production, communicate with printers and vendors, and approve final artwork componentry. In addition, they will develop ideas for design projects, conceptualize of in store displays, add and edit websites and digital banners, and brand education materials, presentations, and ad campaigns, and product photo retouching. They need to come from the CPG/Beauty industry, with prior experience managing at least one junior designer.

Must Haves:

6+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer

Packaging and Print Production Experience – Product design, print preparation

Experience in beauty/fashion/creative industry

Experience with Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, And Photoshop)
