Job Description

We're currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our eCommerce Division, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations & eCommerce. In this integral role, you'll be instrumental in assisting customers, managing inquiries, and nurturing relationships under the guidance of the Vice President of eCommerce. Your primary focus will involve ensuring seamless order fulfillment, addressing customer concerns promptly, and fostering overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly address customer inquiries and issues

- Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Operations & eCommerce to efficiently fulfill customer requests

- Manage inbound communications from prospective customers

- Provide comprehensive information about our products and services

- Effectively resolve product-related challenges

- Generate build sheets within customer portals

- Stay updated on product developments to offer current assistance

- Handle purchase order (PO) entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in coordination with the warehouse

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields

- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail

- A proactive and innovative mindset, committed to delivering excellence

- Ability to establish rapport with clients

- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills

- Professional and positive demeanor

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Outlook

- Experience with NetSuite is advantageous; familiarity with EDI is a plus
