We are a growing International manufacturer of medical grade skin care. We are looking for team members who have positive attitudes and are passionate about the work they perform.

As a Warehouse Coordinator you will be a essential in keeping our process running smoothly. We are looking for individuals with great communication skills, dependable, with reliable transportation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures. You will work closely with warehouse staff, suppliers, and transportation companies to optimize workflow and meet operational targets.

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation.

Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring efficient space utilization.

Coordinate the picking, packing, and staging of orders for timely dispatch.

Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.

Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.

Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to manage inventory levels.

Collaborate with Operations to manage and run special projects.

Liaise with transportation providers to schedule and track shipments.

Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging repairs and maintenance as necessary.

Generate reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, shipping metrics, and operational performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a coordinating or supervisory role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.

Be able to lift 50lbs

Be able to stand for long periods of time.

Forklift Operator Certification or ability to acquire one a must
