General Accountant

About Our Client

Our client in the distribution sector is looking to hire a General Accountant.

Responsibilities

The General Accountant will be responsible for:

Performing accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting financial statement preparation

Managing A/R and A/P cycles

Conducting analysis on gross margin, variances, projects, etc...

Assisting with m/e, q/e, y/e closing procedures Qualifications

You are a designated CPA or working towards your designation. You have strong full-cycle accounting experience. Experience with Sage is an asset.
