Job Description

At Travel Edge Network we are looking for a talented Learning Specialist to design, build, and curate learning solutions and knowledge resources for different internal audiences. Administer the LMS by publishing digital learning content, maintaining learning assets and user databases, and reporting on regular data/metrics management related to the LMS.

Responsibilities:

Support all stages of the learning lifecycle including needs assessment, curriculum design, content development, delivery, measurement, and maintenance.

Develop quality learning content for remote and classroom training including lesson plans, participant materials, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts, e-learning, and evaluations.

Ensure learning solutions demonstrate best practices in adult learning principles.

Oversee all administrative, maintenance, and governance needs on the Learning Management System, Docebo.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of TEN (travel edge network) training activities, such as training attendance and e-learning course connectivity and completion, and track key performance indicators related to training.

Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and methodologies.

Manage day-to-day training activities and coordinate training schedules.

Determine the impact of training on employee skills and measure that impact with Key Performance Indicators.

Report training compliance and effectiveness to management

Provide support for TEN (travel edge network) Managers and Advisors in learning capacities i.e. bootcamps, branch training etc.

Qualifications:

Experience using e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe)

Demonstrated experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems, specifically Docebo

Experience working in a corporate training environment with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques

Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to proactively build strong relationships within a diverse organization

Proficient research, information-gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Learning mindset and strong interest in Learning and Development

Organizational skills and ability to work on projects independently
