We are a community-based nonprofit organization that is currently seeking a dynamic, professional for our Fulltime Trainer, Crisis Services.

SCHEDULE/ LOCATION /SALARY: $47, 900 Great Benefits Flexible schedule SCHEDULE AVAILABLE (EST) FT/40 HOURS: Schedule 1: Sun/Mon/Fri 12:00p-10:00p, Tues 1:00p-10:00p, and Wed 1:00p-2:00p (required for weekly meeting) Schedule 2: Sun-Tues 1:00p-11:00p, Wed 12:00p-10:00p Schedule 3: Thurs-Sat 1:00p-11:00p, Wed 12:00p-10:00p Schedule 4: Thurs-Sat 1:00p-11:00p, Wed 12:00p-10:00p TRAINING: Monday- Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm EST SUMMARY STATEMENT OF POSITION: Under the direction of the Training and Support Manager and Assistant Director, Trainers ensure that volunteers and employees are prepared to provide excellent care and support to contacts utilizing CrisisLink services.

CrisisLink Trainers facilitate skill and competency development of trainees by leading and assisting in classroom sessions, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and performing other tasks as assigned by the Training and Support Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES:1.

Contribute to the development of skills and competencies of PRS CrisisLink employees through the facilitation of a myriad of trainings, including, but not limited to, 2.

With other training team members to ensure that all training slides and content are accurate, up-to-date and aligned with current guidance from Vibrant, SAMHSA and DBHDS.

Alternate between acting as a facilitator and a facilitator support staff in classroom training sessions, ensuring that all activities, breakout sessions, and roleplays are appropriately staffed.

4.

Facilitate one-on-one "on-the-job" training sessions with trainees, allowing them to strengthen their skills through hands-on experience and structured guidance geared toward their individualized goals.5.

Communicate about the progress of trainees, including any concerns, through the maintenance of standing documentation systems and direct communication with the Training and Support Manager, training team members, members of the supervisor team and additional stakeholders where appropriate.

In alignment with best practices for working with adult learners, provide verbal and written feedback to trainees throughout the training process.

QUALIFICATIONS:1.

Prior Crisis Work experience REQUIRED.2.

Experience training small and large groups in a professional setting on skills and knowledge specific to mental health and/or suicide prevention REQUIRED.3.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and familiarity with computer use REQUIRED.4.

Experience providing corrective and coaching feedback REQUIRED.

WORK SITE:This is a full-remote position operating out of select pre-approved states.

Trainers are expected to perform their job duties from a work-appropriate pre-approved location as outlined in their offer letter and onboarding paperwork.

Availability to work some weekend and evening hours is required.

Work hours are flexible to meet the needs of the PRS training program and will be coordinated with the Training and Support Manager and Assistant Director.

Any hours not spent training or supporting the training program will be utilized for crisis service coverage.

Individual schedules will be outlined in each trainer's respective offer letter.
