Job Summary:

A candidate for this position must have strong CNC machining knowledge. This knowledge must include programming, processing, and implementing efficient methods of successfully running high quality machined parts for many industries.

*Must be willing to relocate to Morganton, NC*

Job Responsibilities:

Manage current and new projects while consistently assessing projects for continuous improvement

Mentor others in improving their CNC manufacturing skills

Work within the Company’s ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements

Job Requirements:

Hands-on experience with CNC programming and set-up (read, edit, and write)

Highly proficient in CAM programming

Strong knowledge of standard and custom tooling

Excellent attention to detail

Wire EDM or Grinding experience is a HUGE plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Good computer skills

Aerospace experience is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude

The ability to multi-task as required

Excellent verbal and written skills
