International Sales Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire an International Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue in the OCTG space within the business. This person will be the face of the business and the first to interact with new customers. You'll be responsible for writing customer quotes, identifying customer specifications and driving value to the customer and business. You'll be selling new products as well as parts for existing products. Being able to understand and write international contracts will be a critical part of this role.

International Travel: up to 40% to places like Japan, China, Russia, Middle East, South America

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate a sales team of 3

Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team

Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

Report on team and individual performance

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field

2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager

Strong negotiation skills

Strong understanding of International Contracts

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to build rapport with clientsCompany Description
