MUST HAVES:

- Design experience in C, C++

- Experience working with RedHat Linux operating system

- Realtime Software Development

Designs, develops, operates and maintains software and firmware components and computing systems software to be applied to and integrated with engineering, scientific and manufacturing requirements.

Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of such engineering applications and products such as laboratory simulation systems, aircraft flight control and display systems. Interfaces with customers, suppliers, application users and other technical and support personnel.

This role requires someone who is willing to wear two hats. Sys Admin and Software Configuration.

Skills:

System administrator, Active directory, Windows or Linux

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in software configuration, but we are willing to consider Bachelor's in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with 3.0 GPA or higher with good internship experience or from co-ops. Any experience with upgrading, testing, or debugging software is a plus.
