Requirements:
QuickBooks proficient
Manage old accounts, open new accounts
Knowledge of purchase order system
Accounts receivables
Check deposits
Responsibilities:
Enter payables and analyze invoices
Submit invoices for approval, issue payments, cut checks as needed
Reconcile vendor statements
Review and manage expense reports
Complete and submit credit applications
Review master contracts, update insurance certificates
Collections
Daily mail management
Review & correct jobsite orders for accuracy
Assist with prelims
Manage credit card payments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
