Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a proven track record of driving sales growth through project-based engagements. This role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to design, propose, and sell HVAC solutions for various projects.

Core Responsibilities:

Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.

Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.

Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

Calculating client quotation & Heat Load.

Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.

Co-ordinating sales projects.

Analyzing costs and sales.

Preparing reports for head office.

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical or relevant Field.

Proven experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or project management roles, preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, components, and design principles, including but not limited to chillers, air handling units, ventilation systems, controls, and energy efficiency measures.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and influence key stakeholders effectively.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting
