Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Development Manager at SHEMROCK Group of Schools. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, franchising, lead generation, and training. The role involves identifying potential franchisees, conducting sales meetings, developing business plans, providing franchise support and training, and generating leads for new franchise opportunities.
Qualifications
Franchise Sales and Business Planning skills
Experience in franchising and lead generation
Training and development experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
