Job Role of Desktop Support Engineer: -

User support & troubleshooting of all hardware / LAN related issues.

Installation of standard software required by the client.

Installing applications software developed by the client.

Installation of necessary updates / upgrades / patches

Knowledge of email configuration & troubleshooting

Knowledge of troubleshooting basic printer related issues

Knowledge of taking backup of user data prior to formatting & OS reinstallation
