Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at GMN Concrete. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills
Experience in the construction industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete and construction materials
Experience in managing a sales team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
