The Role And What You’ll Do:

The Endeavor Infrastructure team is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure around the globe. Key technologies include Active Directory, Cisco switches and firewalls, Windows Servers, Hyper-V, Cisco VOIP technologies, Cisco Meraki wireless, backups, Nasuni hybrid storage, Azure, Office 365, Compellent SANs, Cisco UCS, and HP Servers.

Within IT Infrastructure’s Messaging team, this role will be responsible for managing and administrating Office 365 technologies such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and peripheral cloud-based messaging technologies such as GSuite. Additionally, the role will be expected to work within and manage Anti-Spam, Archiving, Compliance, SSO, DNS, AD Integration (previously DirSync), ADFS, Microsoft Azure AD, Powershell, and more.

Configuration management of Anti-Spam Solution.

Enforcing Strong SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings.

Be a leader with IT Integrations, Mail Migrations, Security Incident Response.

Serve as first line of support to Messaging-related escalations.

Optimizing PowerShell Active Directory, Exchange Online, and AzureAD PowerShell scripts for automating daily Helpdesk Tasks.

Work with business units to design automatic email signatures through Crossware.

Oversee, audit, and enforce security compliance across Office 365 Tenant.

Provide advice and oversight to designing policy frameworks.

Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 Messaging-related tickets within specified SLA.

Producing specifications and design for infrastructure according to business and technical requirements.

Acting as an escalation point and mentor for helpdesk teams.

Carrying out security patching of infrastructure systems.

Interacting with and managing technology vendors.

Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose infrastructure related issues.

Producing clear and concise documentation.

You Have These:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

7+ Years working within an IT role

5+ years working within an Infrastructure or Exchange/Messaging role.

Knowledge and experience of Windows 2016 / Windows 2019 Server.

Knowledge and experience of Active Directory and Group Policy.

Knowledge and experience with SSO and ADFS.

Knowledge and experience of Office 365 administration.

Knowledge and experience with PowerShell.

Knowledge and experience with DNS.

High technical ability/aptitude.

Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organization skills.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable qualities include:

Familiarity working within Azure AD.

Experience with managing Mimecast Anti-Spam Solutions.

Experience with managing projects in an Enterprise environment.

Demonstrable project experience with Mergers and Acquisitions as it relates to Office 365 (Email/OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams) integrations.

Demonstrable experience working on with Enterprise Messaging platforms

Slack Certified Administrator

Current industry standard certifications preferred (MCITP, MCSA, ITIL, etc).

Documentation and technical + non-technical writing (plans, process + procedures etc.).

Please note this role works Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30 pm EDT. In IST this is from 7.30pm to 3.30am.

There may be occasions that you may be requested to work out of the normal office hours and/or be asked to participate in travel. This is subject to your manager’s discretion and will be discussed with you if applicable.
