The Role And What You’ll Do:

The Endeavor Infrastructure team is responsible for supporting andmaintaining IT infrastructure around the globe. Key technologies include Active Directory, Cisco switches and firewalls, Windows

Servers, Hyper-V, Cisco VOIP technologies, Cisco Meraki wireless, backups, Nasuni hybrid storage, Azure, Office 365, Compellent SANs, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, and HP Servers.

Within IT Infrastructure’s team, this role will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security events, responding to escalated helpdesk incidents through email and ticketing system, performing routine patching on core server and network infrastructure, and monitoring and triage response to Solarwinds alerts, provide solutions, and collaborate with Global Infrastructure team. Direct Experience Requirements:

Working hands on experience with configuration management tools such as SCCM, SCOM, and JAMF Casper.

Direct experience deploying Windows Updates within the constraints of a mission-critical 24x7 environment.

Working experience with large-scale enterprise patch management and vulnerability management solutions such as VMM, Solarwinds, and SCCM/WSUS.

Working knowledge of application dependencies including, but not limited to DNS, DHCP, OSI reference model.

Infrastructure and application oversight and ownership (OS, firmware, security).

Working experience responding to security incidents.

Direct experience managing Windows Server operating systems.

Working experience developing and wielding PowerShell scripts to pull or push data from a large Windows Server infrastructure

Indirect Experience Requirements:

Ability to maintain accurate documentation

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

3-5 years working experience on an enterprise helpdesk

1-3 years working experience on enterprise infrastructure (servers, cloud, etc.)

Other Skills and Abilities Required:

Speaks and write fluent English

Proven ability to work in a high-touch, fast-paced environment

Pro-active awareness of direct and indirect security threats

Must be effective in working independently and in a team setting

Must have the ability to understand and actively problem solve direct and indirect components and dependencies

Strong oral and written communication skills to articulate technologies to technical and non- technical personnel

Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills

Desirable qualities include:

Direct experience managing Linux and Cisco networking operating systems.

Certification desired (MCSA - Microsoft Servers)

Certification desired (CCNA or other Cisco certification)

Working knowledge of network technologies, specifically WAN, MPLS, VLANs, etc as it relates to overarching connectivity enterprises.

Working knowledge of security technologies and firewalls.

Experience writing and administrating batch jobs
