Responsibilities:

Prepares and maintains consolidation and posts closing consolidation journal entries.

Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports and Performs other duties as assigned.

Assists in preparation of administrative expenses and other income and expense items for budgets and forecasts.

Assists in external reporting including notes to the financial statements.

Assists in implementation of generally accepted accounting principles in financial reporting throughout foreign reporting entities.

Prepares accounts payable checks, mainly inter-company. Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.

Reconcile more complex accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries to ensure the GL is accurate and complete.

Check and analyze financial information and prepare more complex financial reports and accounting statements for senior management to have accurate and timely.These reports may include PL items, Balance Sheet items, dep statement, Cashflow statement, Debtors & Credits List,repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings.

Qualifications:

5+ years' of professional accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience

CPA preferred
