Join our team as a Mobile App QE Lead and be part of an excitingand challenging mission.As the Mobile Application QE Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications across various platforms. You will lead a team of validation engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of performance, functionality, and user experience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of mobile application development & testing processes, testing methodologies, test automation toolsand relevant industrybest practices.

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work. You will join our development team at Bangalore development center. Join our dynamicteam and be part of shaping the future of connected vehicles through innovative mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of validation engineers responsible for testing mobile applications on different platforms(iOS, Android).

Develop and implementcomprehensive test strategies and plans with a goal to minimizethe defect leakage and reduce the testingtime & effort.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and design to understand requirements and define test scenarios.

Design, execute, and automate test cases for functional, performance, and regression testingto ensure the quality and reliability of mobile applications.

Conduct thorough analysisof test results, identify defects,and work with development teamsto resolve issuesin a timely manner.

Stay updated with the latesttrends and advancements in mobile application testing methodologies and technologies.

Mentor and provideguidance to team members, fosteringa culture of continuous learningand improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

15+ years of experience in mobile application testing, with 5 years in aleadership or managerial role.

Experience in definingQE plan and strategy for mobile applications.

Proficiency in testingmobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Appium,XCTest, Espresso, Perfectoetc.

Experience with test automation using scripting languages(e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Swift).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillswith a keen attention to detail.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership skillswith the abilityto motivate and mentor team members.

Proven track recordof delivering high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget.
