Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects within Pipeline, Process, and Industrial Services Division. This position plans all aspects of the job (equipment, personnel, costs, resource allocation) while adhering to HSEQ standards. The Project Manager guides and instructs field personnel through clear communication with assigned job leads or supervisors to ensure proper job execution. Working directly with the President, Operations Management team, and Estimators, the Project Manager provides the most profitable and economical solutions to client needs. This critical position is highly responsible for delivering successfully executed projects and positive client experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage & Oversee projects from start to finish, following the approved budget.

Understand and manage HSEQ risks throughout the project, ensuring The company processes and systems meet or exceed client requirements.

Have a clear understanding of project deliverables and client expectations.

Perform on-site Project Management duties as requested.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various projects as requested.

Assist the Estimator in bidding jobs.

Keep track of daily costs and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Clearly communicate project directions to the assigned job Lead or Supervisor.

Make Sales Calls with Business Development Representatives as requested.

Perform Site Visits as required.

Organize, administer, and attend pre-bid, pre-job, post-job, and project meetings internally and with clients.

Write Project Work Plans (PWP), Project Completion Reports (PCR), and other project-related technical writing.

Develop and Maintain client relationships.

Assist with developing training criteria for field employees and provide continuous feedback on job performance during and after projects.

Communicate with Clients on all levels.

Report, document and communicate all elements of Quality and Safety as relevant and within the scope of assignments.

Approve or disapprove all time for personnel allocated to respective projects.

Update resource management data in various software programs as required.

Understand and adhere to all applicable regulatory standards.

Ensure compliance with all The company policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required.

Technical degree preferred.

PMP certification preferred.

Experience with the assigned discipline (CT operations, high-pressure pumping, production chemicals, etc.) preferred.

Experience in planning and managing large-scale projects preferred.

Education and experience may be substituted for one another.
