Senior Marketing Manager

HouseEazy is a fast-growing prop-tech startup that aims to revolutionize secondary real estate residential transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick.

We are actively seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, executing, and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and own the overall marketing strategy and plan.

What you'll do

Coordinate with the management and sales team to ensure a unified and consistent brand image across all channels.

Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition.

Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and equity.

Manage public relations activities and corporate communications to maintain a positive brand image.

Develop and implement digital campaign strategies to reach target audiences effectively.

Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns and analyze their performance to optimize results.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Implement measures to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure goals are met.

Identify and develop partnerships with external vendors to enhance marketing capabilities and expand reach.

Collaborate with the management team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and budgets.

What you'll need

Master's Degree a must with a minimum of 7-10 years of core marketing experience.

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on branding, digital campaigns, and lead generation.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

Excellent multitasking and project management skills.

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
