Job Description: Sr. Brand Executive (2-3 years)

Position Overview:

Games24x7 is looking for a senior brand executive to work for their brand

RummyCircle.

1. The Senior Brand Executive will be part of the Brand Team and will play a

supporting and important role in creative and communication design for driving

new user acquisitions via the acquisition funnel.

2. The Senior Brand Executive will work with the Brand Manager & Senior

Brand Manager to understand the Target Audience and consumer insights to

create digital assets.

3. In today’s digital world where consumers have constant access to various

mobile devices with different models/operating systems, the design and

communication should also complement and be responsive to their choice of

platform.

4. The Senior Brand Executive should be creative with skills exposed to

understanding the nuances of design principles, color theory and aesthetic

appeal of creative ads.

5. The Senior Brand Executive will work with in-house as well as external

graphic designers, web developers, free lancers to produce digital creatives

that are interactive and engaging while ensuring digital advertising

guidelines are followed.

6. The Senior Brand Executive would also support the BM and SBM in working

with agencies on creative input for other media campaigns like videos, print,

radio and television.

7. The Senior Brand Executive should have experience dealing with external

vendors, negotiating with influencer marketing agencies and handling small

scale shoots.

8. The Senior Brand Executive should be able to understand basic funnel

metrics to read the creative insights

The Senior Brand Executive will undergo on-the-job training with the Brand

Team, HTML Team and User Growth Team to ensure a smooth understanding

of the position.

Skillset Requirements

1. One year of experience in digital creative production and copywriting.

2. Well-versed with the digital ecosystem to identify new creative

opportunities

3. MBA Tier-II colleges minimum or relevant work experience

5. Previous experience of working with designers and handling creative agencies will

be a plus

6. Knowledge in video production and creative script writing is a plus

7. Work exp from consumer-tech background will be a plus

Role Requirements

Strong communication skills in writing copy for actionable outcomes.

Strong command of the English language (oral and written)

Certain level of understanding of hindi (oral and written)

Excellent project and vendor management skills.

Proactiveness to deliver output with top-notch quality.

Shows potential to chase aggressive timeline and deliver efficiently

Should be able to create presentations and work on excel
