Reservation Manager

Job Description

We are a luxury RV Resort looking for an experienced, full-time reservations manager. Duties include, but are not limited to, working directly with lot owners on contract agreements, rental issues, and scheduling. Customer service skills are a must, and experienced taking reservations is also a valued skill. Candidate must have Excel and Outlook experience. Candidate will also work rotating Satudays and be on-call at least 1 week per month. Some holiday work is necessary, as we operate year round. Company Description
