Were in search of Experienced grill and Sauté cooks. Were a fast paced restaurant that cooks awesome from scratch food. We have a great team of inspired cooks and chefs that work together and make our guests happy. We need another line cook to work Sauté or Grill at night to close five days per week. We change the menu seasonally and as needed when we get fun new fish, seafood and meats. We also still cook classic New Orleans food, red beans, etouffee but make fun traditional French brasserie food like moules frites, chicken and rabbit liver mousse, and much more.
