Job Location: Benicia, California

Pay Rate: $22-$30/hour

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Description of Position:

Join our team as a CNC Machinist, where you'll be responsible for operating a range of CNC-controlled machines, including milling, doweling, and edge-banding machines. Your role will involve set-ups, change-overs, and loading/unloading machines based on daily work schedules. Additionally, you'll perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machines are in optimal working condition and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines following production schedules

Perform set-ups, change-overs, and loading/unloading of machines

Conduct daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks

Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations

Read and interpret CAD drawings and tape measures

Utilize basic computer skills, with the ability to download program files from a network server

Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year working in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a woodworking facility

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings

Basic computer skills required; advanced skills are a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude
