The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care seeks integrated outpatient clinicians to work with our clients in Granite City, IL. Position is full-time; daytime hours. Chestnut offers a new salary structure and robust benefits!

Responsibilities

Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy. Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports. Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and CADC in good standing with the State of Illinois Must be willing to be trained in Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA) and obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training. Basic computer skills including MS Office and an electronic medical record.
