Haverhill Management represents a nationwide Estate Planning law firm that is searching for a Client Success Coordinator. The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for planning and execute legal seminars and client-attorney meetings. This position will follow up with potential clients and track the acquisition process through our client relationship management software. The role will provide support for events by sourcing venues, administering registrations at events, working with various vendors (catering, audiovisual, etc.), preparing or obtaining signage and other printed items. In addition, the CSC will assist in the management of existing customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively and proactively with attorneys, marketing department, and outside vendors to plan, implement, and execute all aspects of events, meetings, and seminars

Manage all logistics associated with events and meetings including researching and locating venues; reviewing RFP’s and site recommendations; food and beverage orders, audio visual; securing on-site room holds; and reviewing and updating RSVP lists

Manage production and compilation of event materials and handouts such as presentation packet documents, evaluation forms, signage, follow up mailings, and any last-minute requests

Serve as liaison with event vendors

Administer all logistics for meetings

Assist in working with attorneys during client signing meetings

Assist operations in coordinating across multiple internal departments, handling client inquiries and needs

Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm

Create reports for daily/weekly meetings, maintain KPIs, data, and metrics on sales

Assist in the collection of payments from clients as needed

Communicate timely and effectively with colleagues regarding the specifics of any new order or potential order

Preparation of necessary reports

Assist in working with vendors to source and order promotional products

Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent project management skills and capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; ability to juggle multiple priorities

Attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to prioritize projects

Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings

Strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects

Ability to work both autonomously when executing local events and as part of a team on general strategy

Ability to physically lift up to 15 pounds.Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.

2-3 years of events and meeting experience

Experience in a client facing role within the legal industry is preferred.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Range is $40,000 - $50,000 annually
