We're hiring a Sales Recruiter at SeneGence (Los Angeles, CA area)

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Sales Recruiter who embodies our values and is passionate about driving business development and distributor growth within Spanish-speaking markets. We’re on the lookout for a Sales Recruiter whose values align seamlessly with ours, someone who is deeply committed to catalyzing business development and nurturing the expansion of distributors in Spanish-speaking markets.

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for driving business development and distributor growth within her/his assigned market(s). This particular role will be assigned Spanish speaking markets and they will also act as a spokesperson for the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively recruit and onboard new distributors

Create programs and organize recruiting events in order to build the distributor population

Be available for unusual work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate after-hours events and training sessions.

Provide translation assistance as needed for assigned market

Assist in setting up and executing extraordinary corporate events, such as seminars and leadership conferences.

Meet or exceed recruiting and retention goals pertaining to new distributors

Other duties, as requested by business need.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

Minimum of 5 years of direct marketing/selling experience.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in both native language and English.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work cross-functionally and develop positive working partnerships with SeneGence Global Team Members.

Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in direct marketing, marketing communications, and marketing/sales plan development.

Team-oriented mindset with a "Can Do" attitude.

Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 75% travel).

Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

Bilingual, Spanish (fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to proficiently translate between the two languages).

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES REQUIRED FOR ROLE:

Possession of a valid state driver license (or ability to obtain one).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, and handling; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks. Must be willing and able to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job requirements including working irregular hours to attend evening and/or weekend events, meetings and/or seminars. Position is subject to additional working hours above forty-hour work week.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; with additional travel to facilitate corporate sponsored events locally, domestically, and occasionally internationally. Requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment.
