Job Description: Residential Electrician Cincinnati, OH

We are seeking a skilled and journeyman electrician to join our team as a Residential Electrical Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have open availability, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. The Residential Electrician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU’s, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based bonuses. We guarantee FULL-TIME work.

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical repairs and installations in residential settings.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.

Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.

Provide excellent customer service.

Performs residential service calls for electrical components.

Assesses electrical needs and troubleshoots electrical issues.

Provides advice on electrical equipment condition and problem solutions.

Provides estimates to customers.

Completes repairs and installations of electrical components.

Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

Requirements:

Experience working in residential settings

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Open availability

Safety-focused

Must possess a Ohio Electrical Journeyman license.
