Qualifications:

Specialty coffee/tea lover with a desire to learn more

Solution oriented/ able to problem solve

Positive person able to focus on the good

Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills

Motivated to achieve results

Able to multitask with efficiency and urgency

Reliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetings

Ability to lift 40 pounds

Comfortable with wearing a headset for drive-thru

Sense of urgency when preforming task

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create specialty coffee beverages to company standards.

Provide an excellent customer service experience.

Able to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Preforms opening or closing task based on business needs and to company standard.

Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.

Continual learning about specialty coffee and tea.

Shares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffee.

Maintain positive and professional environment.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints while on shift.

Ensures proper cash management.
