Qualifications:

Graduate of any Engineering course.

Minimum of 7 years and above experience as QA/QC Division Manager in Electronics/Semiconductor company.

Must be willing to work onsite

Must be willing to start as soon as possibleDuties & Responsibilities:

Directs, Manages and controls Plan of Quality Assurance Group Key Management Indicator, Key Performance Indicator and Key Activity Indicator with the objective of preventing Customer issue (Quality Incident Free) and meet production output and delivery to make the company as No.1 PCB supplier in the world within the limit of Quality Management System.

Directs and lead to manage Group Key Performance Indicator pertaining with cost, product quality, process capability, productivity and delivery thru constant review of result against plan and schedule.

Leading on risk assessment communicating risk mitigation, analysis, mentoring and decision making in order to improve product quality, process capability, on time productivity and on time delivery.

Conduct commonality study and investigate (a correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality; provide, implements immediate corrective action with speed up closure to ensure a high level of internal and external customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
