Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategy and plan for social media (mainly FB)
Track social data and share platform best practices/opportunities
Craft copies for social captions, spiels, customer replies, FAQs, etc (copywriting)
Manage content on app and website. Tasks include uploading campaign banners, creating landing pages, and setting up promo vouchers
Work with Data team to track content-related data on app/website, eg. High traffic pages, heatmap, etc
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely creation and execution of content requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any relevant field
At least 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing (client or ad agency)
Able to adapt and pivot quickly with changes in direction and meet deadlines
Strong project management and executional abilities
Preferably with experience handling social media and copywriting
