Data Services Specialist - Back Office Account (Onsite Training, WFH

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze file structure

Assemble and translate

Analyze restaurant menu and enter all allowable data into the database quickly and accurately

Document all information according to standard operating procedures

Perform all tasks at the required speed and accuracy to meet client needs

Diligently manage files and file sharing

Contribute to process improvements on the tasks

Assist with other activities as they are defined

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Key Skills:

High analytical skills

Ability to self-learn and do research

Touch typing with 50 WPM and 98% accuracy

Basic understanding of databases

Open-mindedness; Ability to accept a changing environment and evolving activities

Understanding of internet-based research and data verification techniques and processes

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, etc.)

Ability to synthesize various data points and drive towards a conclusion with the ability to justify that conclusion

Great attention to detail

Good comprehension skills

Education and Experience

Working in a fast-paced environment

Proven interest in technology and technology startups

Language Skills:

Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills

Ability to touch base and communicate with US counterparts with efficiency and professionalism
