QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking a skilled draftsman with proficiency in AutoCAD and rendering software to join our dynamic team. As a draftsman, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and renderings.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Drafting:* Utilize AutoCAD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings based on architectural and engineering designs.

2. *Rendering:* Apply rendering software to produce high-quality visual representations of architectural plans and designs.

3. *Collaboration:* Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that drawings and renderings meet project requirements and specifications.

4. *Revision Management:* Assist in revising and updating drawings and renderings as needed throughout the design and construction process.

5. *Quality Assurance:* Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and renderings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

6. *Documentation:* Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings and renderings, including version control and revision history.

7. *Technical Support:* Provide technical support and assistance to team members regarding AutoCAD and rendering software usage and troubleshooting.

*Requirements:*

1. *Proficiency in AutoCAD:* Demonstrated expertise in using AutoCAD software for drafting and detailing architectural and engineering drawings.

2. *Rendering Skills:* Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools to create realistic visualizations of architectural designs.

3. *Technical Aptitude:* Strong technical skills and understanding of architectural and engineering principles, standards, and terminology.

4. *Attention to Detail:* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing technical drawings and renderings.

5. *Collaborative Spirit:* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively and contributing to project success.

6. *Time Management:* Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, drafting, or a related field.

2. Previous experience working in architectural firms, engineering consultancies, or construction companies.

3. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.

4. Portfolio showcasing previous drafting and rendering work.
