A bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Business Administration
At least 2 years in a similar position in the F&B Industry
Expert level technical knowledge of restaurant and/or hotel operations
What you'll be doing
Monitor and ensure service and F&B Standards are practiced in all outlets
Work with everyone in the group to resolve customer and operations issues when necessary
Mentor, train and motivate the entire team to achieve brand wide strategic goals.
