Tele Collector

As Account Officer

, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to delinquent clients, negotiating payment arrangements, and updating account information. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to ensuring that our clients' debts are recovered in an efficient and ethical manner. To qualify, you must have experience in debt collection, customer service, and telephone sales, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt collection and recovery is a plus.
