System Development Manager

As a starting member of the Philippine branch, we expect the person to provide application development and infrastructure operations services

There will be business trip/s to Japan as well, and the person can build their career and experience.

The role is to manage an Agile developmental team responsible (for developing/maintaining the Organization’s products, services, and integration) to 3rd party entities.

Mandatory:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically in providing application development and infrastructure operations services

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing an offshore team of at least 50 people in the Philippines

3. Strong leadership and management abilities, with proven experience in hiring and building teams for IT services

4. Client management skills and actual client-facing experience building and maintaining relationship

5. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stakeholder requirements and needs

6. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and presentation skills

7. Amenability to work onsite in Makati, Philippines

Preferred:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT-related course

2. Good understanding of the Banking application landscape covering digital channels, business process layers, Core applications as well as other support applications of the Bank

3. Experience working for a Japanese corporation

4. Work-level fluency in Japanese
