● Support the day-to-day delivery of DoctorCare’s Billing Care Service by submitting, updatingand reconciling billing claims and errors in EMRs and DoctorCare’s proprietary billing software
● Use your analytical skills to identify billing & revenue opportunities for customers
● Liaise with the Ministry of Health to help customers answer questions and resolve billing errors
● Use your keen attention to detail to help customers complete government paperworkaccurately and on-time
Qualifications:
Experience in medical billing preferred but not required
At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication
At least College Level
Onsite training then hybrid work setup (4x onsite, 1 day wfh) in Ortigas, Pasig
