Estimator (experience in Cubit software)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience as a Estimator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of construction estimating principles.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Cubit software for estimating and quantity takeoffs.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately assess project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost estimations and project documentation.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Team Player: Works well in a team environment and contributes positively to project success.
