City Wide is seeking tenacious salespeople to join the B2B outside sales team in our growing organization. As a Junior Sales Executive, your role will be crucial to new business development. Your primary responsibilities will be to qualify prospects, make outbound sales calls, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will be involved in various stages of the sales cycle, and this position offers the opportunity to be mentored by our sales team, grow and refine your sales skills.

Responsibilities:

Direct your efforts towards the acquisition of new janitorial contracts, by finding and researching businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services

Proactively explore new sales opportunities through a combination of cold calling, networking, emails, and door knocks to generate new prospects

Schedule appointments with these businesses for the outside sales team

Manage and update the CRM database, including: scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set

Contribute to sales reports, providing key insights for team review

Consistently build and maintain your prospect pipeline, and achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by management

Collaborate with team members to continually enhance results and foster a team-oriented sales environment

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma, college degree is preferred.

1-2 years of B2B outside sales, outbound call center, or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling required

Highly organized, metrics-oriented, and able to follow a systematic method and sales process

Customer service-oriented, with excellent communication skills

Must be able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Prior experience using CRM systems is a plus

Benefits

City Wide offers a competitive salary, including commission and bonus, for this position. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to include health insurance and PTO.

Base salary is $55K-$65K, depending on experience, OTE with bonuses and commissions is $97K-$107K. We have an uncapped commission structure - the more you sell, the more you make

Strong Junior SEs will be promoted to Sales Executive; the top 33% of SE's make $150K+, and the top 10% of SE's make $200K+.
