A health center in Brooklyn is looking for a Primary Care Physician to be its sole provider in helping develop and expand the site.
About the Opportunity
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Hours: 9-5 pm standard hours
Setting: Outpatient
Patient Population: Adults (16+)
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician will:
Provide primary care services to patients 16+
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
Help build out the new primary care site
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted NYS medical license
Unrestricted DEA certificate, Infection Control and Basic Life Support certifications
Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (MD or DO)
