Job Description

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with team members to efficiently address and resolve HVAC issues.

Utilize various tools, including meters, refrigerating meters, and voltage meters, to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.

Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.

Stay current on industry trends and updates to enhance technical knowledge.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their HVAC concerns.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing service and repair tasks.

Keep abreast of advancements in HVAC technology and attend relevant training sessions as needed.

Skills Required:

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment.

Entry to higher-level skills in HVAC systems maintenance.

Familiarity with a range of tools, including meters, refrigerating meters, and voltage meters.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.

Continuous learning and adaptability to stay updated on industry developments.

Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments and conditions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of HVAC technical training or apprenticeship program.

Relevant HVAC certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in HVAC service and repair is desirable.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
