Job Description
EECON is a Naples based full-service Commercial and Residential General Contractor that specializes in tenant buildouts, commercial remodels, and commercial and custom residential new construction across the Southwest Florida area.
This is a full-time position for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. The Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports Project Managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties
· Greets clients, visitors, and guests, determines the purpose of each person’s visit, and directs person to the appropriate location.
· General Administrative tasks: Answers phone, receives & processes mail, documents, packages, copying, scanning, data entry, filing
· Performs administrative and administrative support tasks for Office Operations Administrator and Project Managers
· Accounts Payable, processing vendors invoices and data entry.
· Assist Project Mangers with the following items:
o Permitting
o RFIs
o Submittal’s
o Bid Requests
o Subcontracts
o Purchase Orders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
· Administrative or project coordination experience within the construction industry – preferred not required.
· Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multi-task efficiently, as this position would require the support of multiple projects.
· Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor and ProCore is a plus
