We are currently seeking an entry level Receptionist/Admin Assistant for an Enthusiastic recent High school or College graduate to join our company. This is an integral position as you will interact with all internal departments across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Answering and forwarding multiple phone lines.

Screening all incoming calls

Conduct clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

Provide administrative support for the accounting team.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Coordinating and preparing for scheduled training class luncheons

Hotel bookings.

Monitor company supplies to be ordered i.e. ink cartridges, stationary items, utensils, snacks, etc.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of the MS Office Suite, and Excel a plus

Professional attitude and appearance

Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

Customer-service oriented

Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
