Accountant Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. The successful candidate will work in Accounts Receivable and Payable as well as job costing.

Responsibilities:

Calculate costs of goods and services.

Track and record deliveries to customers.

Process invoices for customers.

Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.

Perform all other accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, finance, AR, AP or other related fields

Experience in data entry.

Knowledge of standard accounting procedures

Ability to prioritize and multitask.Company Description
