Full time Legal File Room Manager for a law firm in East Boca Raton. Candidate MUST HAVE LEGAL EXPERIENCE, preferably in the area of Litigation (state & federal) and the willingness to train in other areas of the firm's practice. We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive attitude for our fast-paced, friendly, small firm. Must be a flexible team player. Strong computer and communication skills required, with proficiency in MS Word, & Outlook.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Indexing & creating physical files
· Organizing & maintaining the firm’s filing system
· Scanning & uploading documents to electronic filing as well as maintenance of physical files
· Experience with Court documents & Pacer
· Organize & prepare documents for court filings
· Preparation & updating all files for Mediations & Hearings
· Archive, close out old & purge files
· Answering phones, greeting clients and vendors when needed
