Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front End Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Front End Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s day to day operational performance. You will lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
Manage front of the house
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Provide sales and productivity reports to ownership
Work in collaboration with Marketing Team lead to create marketing programs
Manage front-end inventory
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience or comparable management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
